The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Salary: From £24,000 per year based on previous experience.
Working shift: Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm

We are looking for people who are confident having real conversations (without a script) either with business contacts or consumers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent and active listener and communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and able to take feedback and implement it.

Your day to day will involve:
• Contact and engage potential customers from France to create new sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

The ideal candidate must have:
• Fluently in French (mandatory)
• English (business level)
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills *(Indispensable)*
• Previous sales experience
• Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Conscientiousness and drive
• Proven experience as an SDR, or similar role.
• Telesales/call centre experience desirable but not essential
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
