SUMMER JOB - Telemarketing Agent

Are you looking for a summer job?

Join our friendly team environment located in the heart of Brighton, just steps away from the seafront in a beautiful regency building.
In this role, you will be making quick calls to check product availability for various overseas businesses. Full training will be provided, and we are seeking individuals who are target-focused and motivated to achieve set goals.

Salary: £12.60 per hour.

Start Date: 27/05/2025

Shift Pattern:
• 9am-5pm* Monday to Friday until the end of June
• 3pm - 10.30pm Monday to Friday from July until end of August or mid-September.
• Potential for extra hours on weekends
• The ideal candidate must be available to work Full Time (35 hours / week)

Key Responsibilities:
• Make quick calls to businesses to check payment options/trends.
• Record and maintain accurate records of call outcomes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and quotas as required.

Join our friendly team environment located in the heart of Brighton, just steps away from the seafront in a beautiful regency building.
We are currently seeking Remote Night Shift Telemarketing Agents to join our Brighton team. In this role, you will be making quick calls to check product availability for various overseas businesses.
Full training will be provided, and we are seeking individuals who are target-focused and motivated to achieve set goals.

**Note: While this position is primarily remote, there will be a couple of shifts from the office for training and equipment setup.

Salary: £12.60 per hour.

Start Date: Week commencing 27th May

Shift Pattern:
• 00.00am to 07.00am (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• This shift will be exclusively WFH, they will be required to work their first shift in the office 3pm-10:30pm

Call Centre Agent - Customer Service Advisor

The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Your day to day will involve:
• Working either outbound or inbound campaigns handling customer requests either by phone or online.
• Building customer relationships
• Administration and Account Management duties
• Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
• Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
• Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up to date on new product or policy changes.

The ideal candidate must have;
• Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage
• A professional telephone manner
• Good communication and listening skills.
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
• Previous telesales experience advantageous
