Appointment Setter for Inbound Calls

We are currently looking for an Appointment Setter to join our growing team and help manage our inbound calls. This role focuses on scheduling appointments on behalf of our client.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them book and manage appointments efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Experience in a phone-based role is not essential but would be advantageous. Full training will be given.

Salary: £12.60 per hour
Average of 35hrs per week
Hours of Work between: Monday to Sunday 10am-8pm
Start date: To be confirmed – as soon as possible
Contract type: Casual

Your day to day will involve:
• Handling inbound phone calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scheduling appointments based on customer needs and staff availability.
• Recording call details and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM or scheduling software.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks related to appointments or customer service.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Ability to speak English to a business level (mandatory)
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills *(Indispensable)*
• Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Conscientiousness and drive
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
