Appointment Setter (Czech Speaker) - Temporary

Looking for an exciting opportunity to put your sales skills to work? We’re hiring a temporary Appointment Setter, and we need a Czech speaker to help drive success in our sales team! If you're ready to make an immediate impact in a short-term role, we want to hear from you!

Salary: £14.30 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Employment type: Casual Contract
Temporary position: 6 weeks duration

We are looking for people who are confident having real conversations (without a script) either with business contacts or consumers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent and active listener and communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and able to take feedback and implement it.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Your day to day will involve:
• Contact and engage potential customers from Czech Republic to create new sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
The ideal candidate must have:
• Ability to speak fluent Czech and English to a business level (mandatory)
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills *(Indispensable)*
• Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Conscientiousness and drive
• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or similar role is appreciated, not mandatory
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
• For remote applicants; the position is subject to providing evidence of broadband speed that meet our standards.
