We're looking for a Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brighton.
The Telemarketing Company is growing, and we're looking for a confident, motivated Cantonese-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our friendly and supportive team in Brighton.
In this role, you'll communicate with businesses across Hong Kong, gathering information about payment options and trends while helping us deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Whether you have previous call centre experience or are looking for an opportunity to develop new skills, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About The Role

The campaign focuses on business technology including printers, scanners and projectors, with the aim of creating high-quality sales opportunities and connecting prospective customers with specialist sales teams.

Your role may include:
• Speaking with prospective business customers across Italy
• Identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities
• Understanding customers' current technology requirements
• Booking meetings and online demonstrations
• Arranging sample requests and invitations to relevant events
• Building positive relationships with prospective customers
• Accurately recording conversations and opportunities on CRM systems
• Working towards agreed campaign and performance targets
• Learning about new products, services and campaign requirements
• Working with your Team Leader for guidance and support when needed

What You’ll Typically Be Doing
