Your day to day will involve:
• Achieve and exceed targets and performance metrics.
• Make quick calls to businesses to check payment options/trends.
• Record and maintain accurate records of call outcomes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and quotas as required.
• Working with your team leader for guidance and support when needed
• Full training is provided, along with ongoing coaching.

Important Details:
• Start Date: Beginning of June – To Be Confirmed
• Salary: £13.45 per hour
• Employment type: Temporary contract
• Shift Pattern: 8am – 4pm shift (Monday to Friday). Duration with this shift will be for 6-8 weeks. Once completed you will be offered 3pm - 10pm shift for up to 4 further weeks.

• While this position is primarily remote, we will require the first week from the office for training and equipment set-up
• All successful candidates are required to complete a broadband speed test to ensure their internet connection meets company standards. Please note that applications may be withdrawn if the required standards are not met.
• Shift Pattern: 00am – 7am shift (Tuesday to Friday). Option to change to 3pm-10.30pm shift around 4-6 weeks after.

Types of Roles We Recruit For
We recruit for a variety of campaigns across different telemarketing areas, so your day-to-day work may include:

• Inbound Customer Service
• Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
• Claims Handling & Customer Support

Your role will depend on your experience, strengths, and the campaign available at the time.

What You’ll Typically Be Doing
Depending on the position, day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Speaking with customers by phone, email, or online channels
• Handling inbound enquiries or making outbound calls
• Building positive customer relationships
• Resolving queries and providing excellent service
• Accurately updating customer information on CRM systems
• Learning about products, services, and campaign requirements
• Working with your team leader for guidance and support when needed
• Full training is provided for all campaigns, along with ongoing coaching.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people who are:

• Confident communicators with a professional telephone manner
• Strong listeners who enjoy helping customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact centre environment
• Motivated, reliable, and open to feedback and development

Experience in customer service, telesales, claims, or call centre work is helpful but not always essential.

Fluency in additional languages may be an advantage for some campaigns.
