Now, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us operate at our best and implement a range of complex campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in our company and work across our IT and Operations functions to ensure the success of our campaigns, as well as some big tenders.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of projects and solutions to the business and our clients.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be involved with complex campaign set-ups, user stories, presenting to clients, understanding operational requirements and delivering solutions through to completion.

Specifically, you will:

- Build an understanding of business requirements, analysing data and troubleshooting any issues
- Research, review and recommend business solutions
- Work with colleagues to understand their needs for process improvement
- Implement and test solutions prior to release
- Attend daily IT stand-ups with Developers, as well as Sprint planning meetings

About You

To join us as a Business Analyst, you’ll need:

- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with project management experience
- Previous experience of providing technical solutions
- A track record of working with technical products
- The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organisational skills
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving
