Looking for a rewarding summer job in a vibrant and friendly team environment? Come work with us in the heart of Brighton, just steps away from the seafront in a beautiful regency building!

We have a range of short-term projects running across the summer – from surveys and market research to quick product availability checks for international clients. Whether you’re looking to gain office experience, earn extra income, or just keep busy this summer, we want to hear from you!

Shift Patterns & Pay:
• Shifts vary depending on the project (daytime and afternoon/evening shifts available)
• Full-time roles (35+ hours/week) with potential for weekend work
• Projects may last from a few days to several weeks
• Pay: £12.60 per hour

Start Dates:
Projects kick off from now through September – perfect for students or anyone between roles.

No experience? No problem!
Full training provided. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.


What you’ll do:
Depending on the project, you might:
• Make outbound calls for surveys or to gather business information
• Accurately record responses or call outcomes
• Work to individual and team targets
• Adapt to changing project priorities

Ideal candidates will:
• Have excellent spoken English and a confident phone manner
• Be motivated, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be reliable and available for the duration of the project

Call Centre Agent - Customer Service Advisor

The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Salary from £22,932 FTE per year (£12.60 per hour)

Your day to day will involve:
• Working either outbound or inbound campaigns handling customer requests either by phone or online.
• Building customer relationships
• Administration and Account Management duties
• Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
• Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
• Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up to date on new product or policy changes.

The ideal candidate must have;
• Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage
• A professional telephone manner
• Good communication and listening skills.
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
• Previous telesales experience advantageous
