What You’ll Typically Be Doing
As a claim handler, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Speaking with customers by phone, email, or online channels
- Handling inbound enquiries or making outbound calls
- Building positive customer relationships
- Resolving queries and providing excellent service
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving concerns with manager support when needed
- Accurately updating customer information on CRM systems
- Learning about products, services, and campaign requirements
- Working with your team leader for guidance and support when needed
- Full training is provided for all campaigns, along with ongoing coaching.
What We’re Looking For

Key Details
- Full time opportunity
- £13.45 per hour
- Office based required
- 2 weeks training included
- Start date: ASAP (To be confirm closer to date)
- Shift pattern: Availability Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm (1 Saturday every 3 weeks)
Experience in customer service, telesales, claims, or call centre work is helpful but not always essential.
